What is the meaning of team? And what facilitates teamwork? Does a team really produce more than the sum of individuals all the time? What is the phenomenon of social laziness? We improve our ability to work as a team; we identify the 7 elements that turn a group of people into a team and learn how to enhance our performance through the art of collaboration. The inductive methodology will be characterised by practical exercises, discussion and group work.

THE LEADERSHIP

What does leadership mean? What is the winning leader? We learn to identify and recognise the different leadership styles, up to and including situational leadership, because a true leader is able to adapt to the context and the team, at all times. We develop the main strategies to lead and motivate our team. The methodology used includes the use of business games, in-basket and case analyses.

INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION

What does it mean to communicate and negotiate? What are the logics of win-win communication? We learn basic strategies for communicating effectively, negotiating, listening and persuading. In any organisational context, the ability to establish positive relationships and communicate effectively with one’s co-workers, or with one’s internal and external customers, is a strategic competence for achieving challenging goals. The methodology used involves cooperative learning and the use of role playing.
